For Breakfast: I ate 2 toasted Gluten Free Waffles from Trader Joe's with Brown Rice Syrup, one hard boiled egg, Cafe'
For Lunch: I ate Cajun Shrimp Salad, with 1 egg, tomatoes, lettuce, feta cheese, and line juice. I also had watermelon slices, and Mojito Style Iced Tea. (no sugar or alcohol)
Although I had a fabulous lunch., I am craving sugar. Not becuase I am physically hungry, but I want to emotionally eat. However, I need to find distractions to help me get through the day.
