For Breakfast, I had my normal 2 egg veggie scramble with a few slices of orange and some hot coffee.9am
For Lunch, I marinated some lean chicken in light soy sauce and evoo with spices. I also steamed some veggies and had a hard boiled egg. I also had tea. 2PM
For Dinner, I was hungry, so I made myself I veggie soup in chicken broth with veggie shells. I also had a raving for something sweet, so I toasted 2 Wheat free waffles about 2 hours later with some maple syrup.
