Today was a good day overall. My current BMI is 32.1. (8 lbs lost)
For Breakfast: I had my normal veggie scramble (green beans, tomatoes, onions, garlic, 2 eggs) topped with Goat's milk Feta cheese. And of course, my morning coffee. (11AM)

Since it was a very hot day today, I craved something sweet and cold. I had a small cup of vanilla non-fat yogurt. (2PM)
For Lunch/Dinner: When I got back home after running errands, I marinated Top Sirloin Center Cutchop Boneless Pork 2oz in light soy sauce (& reduced sodium), red peer flakes, onions, bell peppers. I also had a small salad with 1 roma tomato and sprinked feta cheese. (5PM)
